NOODLES DOSA ( THREE RECIPES)

Noodles Dosa IMG_2109 Three Recipes . For a change try these Noodles Dosa for Breakfast .

RECIPE 1:

Noodles Dosa with Chickpea Flour , Rice Flour and Sooji ( Semolina)( White Sooji or Brown Sooji)

Recipe for 4 Dosa’s.

INGREDIENTS and METHOD:

1. Chickpea Flour – 1/4 th Cup

2. Rice Flour – 1/4 th Cup ( Brown Rice Flour or White Rice Flour)

3.Sooji or Semonila – 4 tbsp. ( White Sooji or Brown Sooji)

4. Finely Chopped vegetables – 1/2 Cup ( Cabbage, Grated Carrots, Green Beans, Corn and Green Beans)

5.Noodles – 1/2 Packet ( Cook in Microwave for 2 Minutes and wash with Cold Water)

6.Water – 1 Glass ( 8 Ounces)

7. Rasam Powder or Curry Powder – 1/2 tbsp.

8. Salt

9. Oil for frying Dosa’s – 1 tbsp.

10. Finely Chopped Coriander leaves

Method : Mix everything and Keep aside for 15 Minutes before preparing Dosa’s.

RECIPE 2:

NOODLES DOSA with MIXED DAL DOSA BATTER.

INGREDIENTS and METHOD:

Mix 1/2 cup Dosa Batter with 1/2 Packet noodles ( Cook Noodles and wash with Cold Water), Salt , 1/2 tbsp. Curry Powder and Finely chopped Coriander Leaves.

You can prepare Dosa’s right away.

RECIPE 3 :

SWEET NOODLE DOSA.

INGREDIENTS and METHOD:

MIX 1 Cup Wheat Flour , 1/2 Cup Sooji , Cooked Noodles ( Half Packet. Cook and Wash with Cold Water),Jaggery accordingly, Chopped Nuts of your Choice, Cardamom ( 1 or 2) .

Keep aside for 15 Minutes before preparing Dosa’s .

METHOD:IMG_2109 For All 3 Recipes.

Heat a Non stick Pan . Cook on Medium High Heat. Grease the Pan with Little Oil . Take a Big Spoonful of Batter and pour on the Pan and Move in Circular Motion . Pour some Oil over the Edges . Cook both sides till Golden Brown.

ENJOY : Taste good without any Chutney.
