Pasta Salad for Lunch /DinnerIMG_2010 with No Oil Dressing.

Recipe for 2 People .

Preparation and Cooking Time less than 30 Minutes.

1. Cooked Pasta – 1 cup

2. Cooked Chickpeas – 1/2 cup

3. Boiled Potato – 1 ( Cubed)

4. Tomato – 1/2 cup ( Finely Chopped)

5. Onion – 1/4 th Cup ( Finely Chopped )

6. Green Bell Pepper – 1/4 th Cup

7. Salad Cucumber – 1/2 Cup ( Chopped)

8.Raisins – 1/4 th Cup

9. Roasted Peanuts or Cashewnuts – Handful

10 .Finely Chopped Coriander

SALAD DRESSING : Mix Salt , Black Pepper , Roasted Cumin Powder , Mustard sauce , Chaat Masala with Lime Juice .


Pressure Cook Pasta , Chickpeas and Potato. Cover with enough Water and Little Salt . For 2  Whistles. When Pressure Comes down drain out all the excess water and Cool Pasta, Chickpeas and Potato before adding other Ingredients.

                                      Once Pasta is Cooled Mix Onions, Cucumber, Tomato , Green Bell Pepper, Raisins, Roasted Peanuts or Cashews , Finely Chopped Coriander leaves and Salad Dressing.

NOTE : If you want Crunch to your Salad Pan fry ChickPeas, Potato and Pasta with little Oil .
