TEN INSTANT POT RICE RECIPES WITH LENTILS AND VEGETABLES – 5 MAIN INGREDIENTS( KIDS LUNCH BOX, SUMMER LUNCH)

Ten Instant Pot Rice recipes with Lentils and Vegetables ( Kids Lunch Box / Summer Lunch) . 5 main Ingredients and very less cooking time. Perfectly cooked rice and vegetables and no burnt bottom .

                       If you cook before taking Kids to Summer activities or to Play ground the food will stay warm for 3 to 4 hours after you  UNPLUG it. Serve with Vegetable Raita ( Vegetables with Yogurt) . You can prepare Raita  night before and refrigerate. Morning leave on the Kitchen counter and comes to room temperature by Lunch time . Don’t forget to add Cumin seeds tadka to Raita . It enhances the taste of Raita.

  1. STUFFED EGGPLANT BLACK CHICKPEAS  RICE with Mild spices or  BIRYANI . One Pot meal with Carrot raita.
