Monday to Friday – Kids Lunch Box Ideas – Vegetarian – Part 1 . Today I’m sharing 2 Easy to prepare Kids Lunch Box ideas. I pack ONE POT MEAL so Kids can finish in given time with fruit or Dessert . These Lunch Boxes are prepared with 5 main ingredients and 15 minutes or Less than 15 minutes Cooking time. They taste good at room temperature . I pack with Plain curd or Tomato raita. Here are 5 easy to prepare Kids Lunch Box ideas .

1. CHICKPEAS UPMA . Pack with Plain curd and fruit .  One pot tasty meal prepared with Chickpeas, grains, vegetables and spices . 5 main Ingredients and 15 minutes cooking time .

2. ROUND SAMOSA . NOT DEEP FRIED . Prepare the stuffing and outer covering night before . It will take less time to prepare 2 or 4 Lunch Boxes . Pack with fruit and Dessert . They taste good on their own or with Ketchup or dates chutney .

3. Cabbage vada . Air fryer recipe . or Pan fried .  5 Main Ingredients .Just soak dal for an hour . Grind and mix other ingredients . No need to Pre heat and no need to flip . Check in between . Pack with Dates chutney or Ketchup or Tomato Raita .

4.  Instant Pot / Pressure cooker Vegetable Pasta . Just add the ingredients to the pot and done in less time without baby sitting. Perfectly cooked Pasta and Non mushy vegetables .
